Description of the theft
I locked up my bike right outside of the restaurants front door while at a fundraising event. When I went to leave, my bike was gone and my lock was on the ground. The restaurant provided me footage of the incident. A male and female hung out around my bike for sometime, they put a towel over the lock to disguise them cutting the lock. The male then road off.
