Bicycle detail

I left my apartment to get groceries just before noon. My bike was on the grass behind my building, locked with the cable wrapped around a large wooden post and connected to the Bulldog u-lock (the u-lock itself was only around the frame, due to the size of the post). I saw my bike there before I left, and when I returned about an hour and a half later, it was gone. My guess is they cut the cable and took off with all of it. When I got back, I got a description from a maintenance worker who was around the building while I was gone -- he said he saw someone interacting with the bike around 12 or 1pm but didn't see him cut anything. He described the individual as a 5'10" black male, beard, muscular build, in his 30s, wearing jeans.
