Description of the theft
Bike was approached by two men (one on a bike, one on a skateboard) in the parking garage at 233 Sutter. After approximately ten minutes, in full view of security cameras + staff + traffic in the garage, one of the thieves appears to defeat the lock (picked, as neither lock nor signs of hacksaw/lock shavings were left at the scene) and ride off on the bike.
