Bike was locked in a “secure” resident parking garage. Only the rear wheel was locked to the rack with the folding lock (couldn’t get it around the frame). Thief released the wheel rear and took the rest of the bike-everything but the rear wheel and lock. Police report has been submitted. Just waiting for a case report number.
