My 2017 Ghost Kato FS 3 mountain bike was stolen on April 21 from the bike racks out in front of the Santa Barbara YMCA; in broad daylight and, yes, it was locked. It was black with green trim, serial #WCR11028871, SBPD case/tracking #T18000760. Was it, perchance, one of those recovered from June 27 arrest of "perp" Jose Enrique Reyes? If so, please contact me!
