Bicycle detail

Bicycle was locked inside my car. The thief stole the bicycle without its front tire as that was separately stored in the trunk, completely out of view. My car was parked in the parking lot where I live, and despite all the cameras that are installed around the property, it still got taken. It appeared as though someone had manually forced down the back window on the driver’s side of the car, just enough to fit their arm in to unlock the door.
