Description of the theft
The bike was locked to a tree between Twin Peaks resturant and the Hilton Garden Inn on Spectrum st. where it has been many times. I locked as i usually do with a pretty substantial brand name cable lock. The bike was locked up at about 3:30 PM and when i returned at about 5:30PM it was gone and no sign of anything. I checked if the Hotel or Twin Peaks had a camera on that side and they said no. I walked then drove around the area but did not see any signs of the bike. I let people know in the resturant and the hotel of the situation.
