Description of the theft
Bike was stolen sometime between 10AM and 1PM on September 26th, 2019. Bike lock was clearly clipped. Only bike taken while other bike were still attached. Bike is a mint green color with a back wheel plate to slide my basket on. The bell on it is orange and black which looks like a finger print or tree rings. There was a reflective TriMet slap bracelet on the seat handle.
I have locked my bike there plenty times before and didnt think it would have been a problem. Reported to campus security center
