Bicycle detail

Bike was in open basement of apartment building. There is a gate on the far side of the yard that is usually closed. I came home from work around 6:30 on Thursday and saw someone riding an identical one at Washington/Claiborne intersection, I later realized the stickers I had on the bike were in the same place. Taco Bell or Starbucks likely caught him on video, he was heading towards the Starbucks side. Black male, between 35-55. The sheer difficulty of getting the bike from my space makes me think he does this regularly. There’s a B&B behind our building that has cameras that may also have seen him. I forgot about seeing him until I noticed my bike was gone Friday night. I’m assuming he lives somewhere near Washington ave on the lake side of Claiborne.
