Description of the theft
The bike was parked and locked on designated street bike parking, right next to the bus stop on 17th Ave & E Jefferson St (south side of the street) in Seattle. The lock was cut where the lock connects to the bike's frame.
I was going to a hospital appointment and left the bike on the street from 3:00-4:30. When I returned, I saw my bike helmet and what was left of the lock. The bike was gone.
