Description of the theft
My bike was chained up on the corner of Abbot Kinney and Venice blvd. I ran into the coffee shop and by the time i came out the bike was missing along with the lock. I later located the bike at the homeless encampment on Rose and Third in Venice, but the bike was covered by a tent and the thief rode off when we approached.
