Description of the theft
I had the bike with a schwinn bike cart locked outside of the Healing Center. On the corner of Saint Roch and Saint Claude, on the CO-OP side. The bike rack was full so I put it on a tree, my mistake Since my u-lock would not fit I just used a cable. It is a busy , well lighted area. I went in at 6:30 and when I came out at 8:45 the bike and cart were gone.
