Description of the theft
Left outside the 711 with multiple other bikes, came back 2 minutes later and it was gone. Nothing was shown on the cameras or anything. The bike had a flashlight that was mounted on the handle bars, with a red light on the back below the seat. Also has kickstand and small black circular bell.
