Description of the theft
New apartment complex bike rack (outdoors and open to the public). Well lit area on a busy street (Lyndale Ave), with a security camera trained on the bike rack. It's right there. Other bikes I saw when I locked up were gone, but no other lock pieces but mine, so mine was probably the only one stolen. Double-shackle lock was cut with an angle grinder. This is just a few blocks from where my bike was stolen 10 weeks ago.
