Description of the theft
The man was caught on camera riding a ladies bike on my gated apartment communities camera. He took my bike off of the back of my car and rode with it beside him until he exited out the front walkway gate. I think he may have had the help of a white Jeep looking SUV that he came through the gate behind. It seemed he knew just where he was going. It was 3:24 AM on 9/9/18.
