Description of the theft
Bike was locked up with both a cable lock and U-lock (all Wheels and frame) at 30th street / Sterns East bike storage...under a street light. Both Locks are also missing. Likely cut the cable and carried bike away with U-lock around rear wheel and frame. Still looking for bike serial number
