Bicycle detail

I viewed the event through the condominium security footage: man with an apparent tool bag slipped in the parking garage after a car left, went directly to area with bikes. My bike was locked to a metal bike rack along with several others, the cable was the only connection to the rack, with the U lock used as an extension due to the crowded nature of the bike rack. Both cable and U lock are gone along with bike. When I realized bike was gone I noticed a different cable that was cut and left there, so I assume he just cut mine and left. The whole event took about 5 minutes.
