Description of the theft
Theft happened between midnight to 6 a.m.December 3. Vintage women's 3 speed, Coca cola brown frame, yellow rimmed wheels. At the time of theft, right brake is broken, front wheel has yellow reflector, back wheel has red reflector, seat neck had green light that can click on and off. Black and yellow 'Onguard" U-lock and holder connected to frame.
