Description of the theft
i was attending a meeting in the basement of Options Group, University Heights Methodist Church on silver and yale, i locked my bike up with my bike lock at the designated bike racks to lock bikes up, when i got there at 12:05pm and when i came out at 1:00pm i noticed my bike missing and my lock was still there and had been cut.
