Description of the theft
Bike was stolen from the racks at UW light rail station between about 9am and 3:30 pm Monday April 23rd. Nothing was there when I returned (lock gone). Eye witness says they might have seen it with a white male in his 40's wearing a black baseball hat looking through some dumpsters around Lynn/Louisa in Eastlake.
