Bicycle detail

Shortly after entering a restaurant, a restaurant employee ran in and yelled if anyone had an SUV with a bike rack on it because someone was trying to steal the bikes. My husband ran out of the restaurant in time to see the thief pry the bike out of the locked rack and ride off on his own bike with my bike in his hands. An AC Transit employee that was driving by was stopped and witnessed the theft and offered my husband a ride to try to catch up with the thief, but by the time they turned the corner, the thief and the bike were gone. The other bike on the rack, my husband's, was untouched and the rack lock was still intact, but the top section of the rack itself had been twisted and pried which is how my bike, which was closer to the street, got yanked off.
