Description of the theft
Lock was placed around frame and rear tire, brought inside Ralphs and left by security gates, the victim bought a drink, unbenowest, the suspect had either picked up the frame and took off, or tried to ride off ruining the spokes, or realized shortly after walking the bike to either gently raise it off the ground as to not raise suspicion, or simply carried it to get away.
