Description of the theft
3 thieves. Caucasian male broke into north entrance of building on 15th st using tools to wedge between the door frame. Did the same thing to get into the garage area. Let his friends in through the garage (2 males, 1 african american, one native american) in a suspected stolen blue vehicle. Stole several bikes in the apartment building including a vehicle (white Buick Encore).
