Bicycle detail

Rider locked it at 8pm and by 1am she noticed the thick wire bike lock had been cut through, which was sitting on the ground (she brought this home), along with her helmet. She photographed this scene. Together we went to the Brewery district the next day and saw footage from the various cameras. Unfortunately the one camera that captured the bike racks had a tree obstructing the view. Today we inquired about the cameras from TD and the "office space" but apparently the cameras are not working yet. We spoke with security who said there has been a lot of bike theft in the area. They said that a "gang of bike thieves have been going around with a van and cutting locks with a grinder" he was unsure whether they have been identified yet however.
