Description of the theft
The bicycle was mounted on a bike rack on the rear of my Jeep, and (cable) locked to the vehicle.
No known witnesses, although two (2) security cameras atop a utility pole directly above my vehicle would have
likely captured the theft at the time.
I had locked the bike to my Jeep and left the area; When I returned, the bike was missing. The vehicle was in plain sight, parked along side the road, midday.
