Description of the theft
The road bike was placed on a bike rack at the garage of an apartment complex that can only be accessed by two doors (that require key fob entry) or the garage door that requires a garage opener. The bike was fastened to the rack with two locks on the afternoon of Saturday, September 24th at 6:30 pm. When returned to use the bike at 12 pm on Sunday, September 25th the bike was no longer in its location and it was evident that the lock had been broken.
