I saw a guy with a goatee and short cropped dark hair(white guy,30or mid 20s) ride it around around the corner as I was coming out of the Lestats coffee shop at Park and monroe. It was night time so I couldn't see much, except my bike for sure bring ridden West on Monroe, away from me.
