Orange bike, white handle bars. "30 foot fall: stick on frame.
I am in Texas (Galveston Island) and was visiting. I am traveling back to NOLA for a BJJ tournament in June of 2019.

They have is covered with holographic tape.
Spotted at A&M store on McShane Place (where Rampart turns into St Claude) bike headed back into 7th Ward downriver side of St Barnard.
