Bicycle detail

Bike was in a bike storage locker located in my apartment's underground parking garage. Put the bike in there on April 2, 2022. Went to ride it for the first time today (bad weather since buying it), and the lock was cut and it was gone. The garage door (that can only be opened with a key fob) had no been working since April 5th, 2022 and the apartment complex has left the garage door wide open day and night. Either someone in my building with a key fob opened the bike storage room and stole it (hopefully, not likely) or some one off the street walked right through the garage door, waited for someone to go in the storage unit and slipped in with them.
