Bicycle detail

I went to the Safeway store after I locked my bike outside the Rite Aid parking lot. The bike racks are facing a few parking spots. I came out about 20-30 minutes later and the bike was gone, no chain left, no sign. The bike had front and back lights in a pouch bag at the front, the rack at the back had two Deuter cargo bags. The back wheel had a yellow bender with a Poland sticker attached to it. The was a speedometer and a bell on the handlebar.
