Description of the theft
I got a flat. I locked it with a chain and lock at the bike rack (incident details above). I came back a few days later to the bike rack, after I got a new tube/equipment to repair, and it was gone :/.I found scraps of it on the ground it was prolly cut. I am offering a $50 incentive to those who find it, or provide info that leads to it found!
