Description of the theft
I biked to work on 8/23. Parked and locked the bike in front of the railing at the entrance of the Department of Design and Construction on 30th pl. Went out to check on my bike at lunch time, which was at 1pm. Bike was missing from the railing where I locked it. I had a bike chain going around the body and both wheels of the bike. Lock was nowhere to be found.
