Description of the theft
Students spotted suspects inside Taft building two days in advance using restroom and spotting locations. Suspect was Black, mid/late twenties, around six foot tall, muscular, had a bandana, and a white shirt. Accomplices were spotted. Around 8/30/2021 11:50 PM students saw suspect leaving building with bike quickly. Suspect is caught on Taft building's video camera and police was called immediately. Students can describe the man in detail and can confirm that the suspect is not a Case Western Reserve student.
