Description of the theft
I entered the yellow line BART at Powell St. at 11:55 towards Antioch, and strapped my bike against the rail in the place indicated for bikes. Because the seats facing my bike were full and I wanted to socially distance, I found an open seat facing away from my bike. When I got up at the Pittsburg/Bay Point transfer platform my bike was gone.
