Bicycle detail

I parked the bike on the sidewalk in front of the Wawa store on Walnut St. between 9th and 10th streets in Center City, Philadelphia on the evening of Christmas Eve, Dec. 24th 2018 (sometime between 6:15PM and 6:30PM). I locked it to a sign pole with my steel cable number combination lock. After spending no more than 5-6mins. inside the store to get a sandwich, I came out to finding the bike was missing. There were two homeless men who had been standing outside store by the door for the duration (have good suspicion it was them). One of them disappeared at about the same time as the bike. Everything was taken, nothing left at the scene; sign seemed unharmed, lock was taken as well. Not sure if cut with a tool, otherwise broken or if they had figured the combination out somehow.
