Description of the theft
Stolen on a Sunday morning off the rack at West Oakland BART station. 3 weeks prior the rear wheel was stolen from the same location (see pic). So the bike had a brand new rear Shimano Tiagra wheel and HG51 cassette. I had a U lock on the front wheel and a cable threaded through the rear wheel and saddle.
