FRONTIER SCHWINN
This bike was at my mom’s apartment complex. Someone opened the door to come in and as it closed, a man caught it, allowing him into our locked building (as seen on camera footage). I assume he got through the second door in a similar manner. The purported thief is a black man in a blue beanie-like hat.
