Bicycle detail

Outside of a Cafe where I work and hangout I left the bike in front of people, most of whom I knew, and went to get some food. Then I ate my food where I could keep an eye on it. I move to the bar and think, "I should place my bike in the back." Then as I head outside I see my bike gone and then I look around and see it being ridden off heading North on Park Ave on the University intersection. I gasp "That's my bike" I run forward thinking 'Do I know them?' It was a tall thin male with curly brown hair in a dark green blazer with jeans, narrow hips slim but broad shoulders. I start running after him as fast as I can, yelling "That's my bike!" My Tiger bike is too fast, too light and too wonderful for mere running to catch up to it. He rode off into the night across Speedway at 7:05 pm. Some kind soul offered me his phone to call the police after he was running after me, but I declined, instead going back to the cafe to interrogate the two individuals sitting next to my bike. They lied to me when they said it was a girl. I went inside and filed a police report online, as that's what TPD asks you to do in these tragic situations.
