Description of the theft
The bike was on my porch on the top floor of my apartment building (Market Street Village Apartments) in San Diego. 14th and G Street. The thief climbed up to the roof via scaffolding that the painters of the building left there and climbed down onto my porch from the roof, grabbed my bike, and left.
