Description of the theft
I locked my bike at the bicycle rack are south of entrance to PB Pier. Within 10 minutes I witnessed a white male in his 30's thin build, brown hair, riding my bicycle east on garnet near the bike rack. I looked over bike rack and saw the lock had been cut and the bike was gone.
