Description of the theft
The theft occurred sometime between 5:00pm 4/14 and 8:00am 4/14 from the basement parking garage of the building. The bike was not locked, but it was parked in our designated parking space in an area that is only for residents and guests. To enter the building, the person had to enter through at least 1 locked door or through a gate tha can only be opened from outside with a key card and then through a locked door. The bike was behind some items, and the items were thrown around the area.
The bike has two flat tires and the real gears/cogs do no engage when the bike is pedaled.
