Bicycle detail

locked bike with u-lock on stop sign at corner of mandeville and st claude around 7:45 pm. Came out about an hour later - just before 9pm to find it gone, with the helmet, which had been looped into the lock, cut on the strap. Bike has straight across handle bars with brown leather grips. It's creme colored, with a back rack and a nola to angola card in the front wheel spokes. it also has a black, rimmed water bottle holder on the front.
