Description of the theft
2 men caught on video surveillance stole 2 Rad Power Bikes from outside of my apartment. Both locks cut. Both bikes are covered in character stickers. Both have fat tires with fenders on both tires. These bikes are unique. The step thru has a front basket. These bikes will more than likely have after market batteries, as the original's were not on the bikes when stolen.
