Description of the theft
Unfortunately, my mountain bike was stolen off my rental vehicle in the secure self-parking lot of Nomad (MGM) hotel. The
vehicle was left unattended for 15 minutes during the hours of 20:30 and 20:45 on Sunday August 15th, 2021, while my
partner and I went inside the hotel with my other baggage. I came back outside to find the lock had been cut that was
securing the bike into the truck bed and the bike was missing. After my partner and I had recovered from the shock, we
reported it to the Hotel staff whom were very understanding, they then sent hotel security with myself and partner to the
location and look down a statement, of which I have a copy and the name and ID number of the officer.
