Description of the theft
lock was cut from bike rack located in front of the Baker apt complex between 2pm and 4pm.
Bike has a brooks saddle with copper studs.. there is a scuff mark in the middle of the back between the copper studs, also a second scuff from a recent crash on the right outside of the the saddle.
Was a yello bag attached to the left side of the rear rack
black handle bar tape is coming unravelled with a single white tape line on the lower left side of the bars, above the shifter, and a mirror above that.
