Description of the theft
Was on porch to fix bc back tire /innertube had popped out. U-lock on handlebars not locking bike but unable to remove lock without removing shifters/brakes. Went out, came back & bike was gone. Would have had to walk/carry/drive it away; couldn’t ride with tire as it was. A worker nearby said he saw someone with a bike in the back alley around 2:45 pm on sept 22. Very distinctive looking bike.
