Bicycle detail

Bicycles are locked in carport shared by 4 apartments. Bicycle was behind vehicle and not obviously apparent from the driveway. Carport is not visible from the street. The bicycle was locked with two different locks - both were cut cleanly and the bike was taken. This occurred sometime the evening of 08/09/2020 to the morning of 08/10/2020. Bike was still present at about 6pm on Sunday 8/9, and confirmed missing by our neighbors by the afternoon (approximately 2pm) of Monday 8/10. We have been home this entire period, and the apartment is over the carport with windows that look directly onto the driveway, so we suspect it was taken overnight. There is a gate at the back of the apartment complex which leads directly to a park which was jammed open with sticks - possibly related.
