Description of the theft
On thursday, september 7th at 11:00am as I was on my way out of my apartment, I had noticed my bike was missing from the bike rack outside the
building's west entrance. As I went to investigate further I found my pad lock and cable lock lying on the ground next to the bike rack where
the bike was locked up. The cable lock had been cut, and the bike was missing. The last time I had saw the bike was on Tuesday, September
5th. I did not see anybody steal the bike or know exactly when it was stolen.
