Description of the theft
At 6 PM, I parked my bike on the bike rack of the Canesco's Market at the intersection of Ponce De Leon Street, and Esplanade Avenue. A few minutes later, an African American man in blue shirt, shorts, and red cap, walked by, turned, cut the wire lock and rode off with the bike. I have the video footage from Canesco's security camera of the theft.
