Description of the theft
I placed the bike on a bike rack located in secure Bellevue Towers Level L3 parking garage on evening of 6/28/21. I used a bike cable lock with a combination padlock to secure the bike to the rack. I had not checked or used the bike since that date. 7/23/21 I went to that location, found cable had been cut clean through, padlock still locked and bike missing.
